   (1) 该账号下的个人资料（例如:头像、昵称等）及绑定信息（例如:绑定手机号等);

1.1 《自动续费服务协议》（以下简称“本协议”）本协议为云笈科技《许可协议》及云笈科技公司已经发布的或将来可能发布/更新的各类规则的组成部分，与协议正文具有同等法律效力，本协议未约定的事项，以《许可协议》约定为准，本协议与其他协议及规则存在冲突的，以本协议为准。云笈科技不时发布的关于会员服务的各种规范、规则是《许可协议》的一部分，万兴科技将以恰当方式公示前述规范、规则后生效。

1.2 请您理解并同意，前述协议及规则是您使用本服务的先决条件，如您不同意本协议或其中任一条款，请您不要进入后续操作。如您选择继续使用本服务，您的使用行为将被视为同意遵守前述协议及规则。

2. 自动续费服务说明

2.1 订阅周期：自动续费服务分为连续包月、连续包季、连续包年三种类型，对应的计费周期费用分为包月费用、包季费用、包年费用。在您已开通本服务的前提下，您不可撤销地授权云笈科技公司在包月/包季/包年（以您开通的自动续费类型为准）服务有效期即将过期时，自行或委托第三方支付渠道从您与云笈科技账号绑定的第三方支付账户（包括但不限于支付宝账户、微信钱包账户、苹果钱包账户）中扣取下一个计费周期费用。

2.2 自动续费：云笈科技公司自行或委托第三方支付渠道通过第2.1条所述账户收取相应付费服务的下一计费周期费用，并将款项记入支付记录，同时相应延长付费服务的有效期的扣费方式。万兴科技公司会在自动续费到期前5日通知您（包括但不限于电子邮件、短信、微信消息推送），请您留意扣款通知。您需保证万兴科技公司可以自行或委托第三方支付渠道从上述账户扣款成功，因上述账户中可扣款余额不足导致的续费失败，由您自行承担责任（包括但不限于相应权益终止，无法参加相关活动等）。若您通过特殊活动开通自动续费服务，相应的自动续费扣款时间可能与前述时间不一致，万兴科技将在活动页面予以提示，请您注意。

2.3 当您使用本服务时，您应在使用本服务前对本服务的服务条款以及云笈科技公司针对本服务发出的各类公示阅览并同意所有内容。

2.4 您选择第三方支付渠道享受本服务，将视为同意云笈科技公司代理您向第三方支付渠道发出扣款指令，并同意第三方支付渠道可以根据云笈科技公司发出的扣款指令，在不验证您的账户密码、支付密码、短信校验码等信息的情况下从上述账户扣划下一个计费周期费用。您选择第三方支付渠道可能产生第三方手续费，具体金额以开通服务时显示金额为准。

3. 自动续费使用规则

3.1 云笈科技公司负责向您提供有关自动续费收费具体情况的查询方式。

3.2 如在扣费过程出现差错，云笈科技公司和您应密切配合查明原因，各自承担己方过错造成的损失；若因双方各自存在不均等过错造成的损失，由双方按过错的程度承担相应责任；双方共负责任的，由双方均摊责任。

3.3 您选择使用本服务后，除非您选择终止本服务，否则，您对万兴科技公司的自动扣款委托为不可撤销，万兴科技公司基于本服务在您开通自动续费服务时选择的支付方式下所扣划的费用，不以任何方式对您所支付的费用予以退还。

3.4 若在自动续费日之前，学霸背单词APP包月/包季/包年服务价格发生调整，云笈科技公司将在扣划之前通过相关页面公示修改内容，并在征得您的同意之后，按现时有效的价格扣划。

3.5 云笈科技公司对您开通本服务不收取任何手续费，但云笈科技公司有权根据业务需要或市场变化等原因决定是否进行收费或调整自动续费周期及费用，并在相关页面进行公告。

3.6  云笈科技公司向您提供的本服务仅限于您在云笈科技APP平台使用，任何以恶意破解等非法手段规避续费而使用付费会员服务的，均构成对本协议的违反。由此引起的一切法律后果由行为人负责，万兴科技公司将依法追究行为人的法律责任。

4. 自动续费服务的退订

4.1 您有权随时在云笈科技APP平台相关页面中选择终止本服务，终止后，云笈科技公司将停止向您提供本服务。

4.2 退订流程，即关闭连续包会员服务步骤:

4.2.1 如果需取消通过支付宝支付方式所开通的自动续费服务，可以在支付宝的我的>设置>支付设置>免密支付/自动扣款页面进行退订。

5. 协议有效期限和终止

2. 账号一旦注销,您曾通过该账号登录、使用的我的学霸背单词APP相关服务下的所有内容、信息、数据、记录将会被删除或匿名化处理，您也无法再获取、继续使用和找回，也无权要求我们找回(但法律法规另有规定或监管部门另有要求的除外)，包括但不限于:
   (1) 该账号下的个人资料（例如:头像、昵称等）及绑定信息（例如:绑定手机号等);
   (2) 该账号下的您的个人信息;
   (3) 该账号曾发表的所有内容（例如:图片、照片、评价等);
   (4) 其他所有内容、信息、数据、记录。
3.账号一旦注销完成，将无法恢复(即使您在注销后以同一手机号码或同一身份证件号码再次向我们申请注册账号，此时该账号为新的用户账号。因此，我们善意地提醒您在注销前对您需要备份的内容提前自行做好备份);
4.账号一旦注销,您与我们曾签署过的相关用户协议、授权协议等相应终止;
